Trama
La storia è ambientata in un’epoca in cui il 70% della razza umana, a seguito del grande sviluppo delle città spaziali, si è trasferita nello spazio e vi abita stabilmente, organizzata in stati autonomi, Unioni e Alleanze spesso contrapposti.
Due sono le maggiori potenze attive nello spazio, la Dorushia Military Pact Federation ed l’Atlantic Ring United States (ARUS), accanto a loro una piccola nazione neutrale Jioru è riuscita a sopravvivere e prosperare economicamente. Il protagonista dell’anime è Haruto Tokishima, uno studente liceale che vive su Jioru e finisce per imbattersi nella misteriosa arma umanoide “Valvrave” nei giorni in cui l’esercito di Dorushia violandone la neutralità del suo stato lo invade.
