Trama
La storia si svolge nel Paese del Drago, dove Nonoko, da poco nominata dentista, ha la missione di proteggere il drago, protettore del paese, dai batteri responsabili della carie. Un giorno, nel corso di una serie di battaglie contro un paese confinante, Nonoko scopre su uno dei denti del drago un giovane soldato nemico privo di sensi. Il suo nome è Bernard, ed è stato resuscitato dal drago all'interno di un suo dente: questo fenomeno soprannaturale, secondo la leggenda, precede un grave disastro. Nonoko e Bernard dovranno affrontare una serie di dure battaglie, accettando infine il loro destino.
